SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

At Wigs By Magi, we strive to ensure every customer receives their order quickly and with care. Please review our shipping and return policy before completing your purchase.

Shipping Time

  • On-Hand Items: Orders containing items currently in stock will be shipped the same day the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

  • Pre-Order or Out-of-Stock Items: If your order includes items that are not on hand, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping.

Being that I do everything myself units may take a bit longer. I advise that you order as early as possible to avoid any issues.  If you're in need of a unit by a specific time, please don't hesitate to let me know!

Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wigs By Magi is not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages that may occur during transit. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance in such cases.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there has been a mistake on our end (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us immediately. While errors are extremely rare, we will promptly review and resolve the issue.

Returns are permitted within 5 days of receiving package. The unit must be returned in the same manner you received it, LACE IN TACT & UNWORN and in its original packaging. 

Cancellations : ONCE ORDER IS PLACED YOU HAVE UNTIL THAT SAME DAY TO CANCEL ( 11:59PM EST ). You will not be able to cancel any time after that.

Custom Color Disclosure : There is a possibility the colors of wigs will not be EXACTLY like the picture but I do get colors as close as possible. Especially with colors such as highlights as they're aren't always identical. Lighting does play a huge role and can also alter the way the custom color may look. Nonetheless, i do strive to recreate each unit as close as possible!
