Terms of sale

On-Hand Items: Orders containing items currently in stock will be shipped the same day the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

• Pre-Order or Out-of-Stock Items: If your order includes items that are not on hand, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping.
  

  Being that I do everything myself units may take a bit longer. I advise that you order as early as possible to avoid any issues.  If you're in need of a unit by a specific time, please don't hesitate to let me know!

  Carrier Responsibility

  Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wigs By Magi is not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages that may occur during transit. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance in such cases.
  

  Cancellations : ONCE ORDER IS PLACED YOU HAVE UNTIL THAT SAME DAY TO CANCEL ( 11:59PM EST ). You will not be able to cancel any time after that.

  Custom Color Disclosure : There is a possibility the colors of wigs will not be EXACTLY like the picture but I do get colors as close as possible. Especially with colors such as highlights as they're aren't always identical. Lighting does play a huge role and can also alter the way the custom color may look. Nonetheless, i do strive to recreate each unit as close as possible!
