Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, wigs, bundles, and hair extensions may only be returned if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with the lace intact, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If there has been a mistake on our end, such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us immediately. While errors are extremely rare, we will promptly review and resolve the issue.
